Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every system Chudaxi builds, operates or provides, including AI agents, integrations and dashboards. Clients are responsible for how their own users use those systems.

You may not use our systems to#

• break the law or help others do so;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or ignore opt-out requests;
• deceive people, including by making an AI agent pretend to be a human when someone sincerely asks;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• collect personal data without a lawful basis, or scrape services against their terms;
• distribute malware or attack other systems;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example about credit, employment or housing) without meaningful human review;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.

Messaging platforms#

When our systems run on third-party platforms such as messaging channels, the platform's own policies also apply and must be followed.

Enforcement#

If we become aware of use that breaks this policy, we may suspend the affected system and will contact the client to resolve it.
