This policy applies to every system Chudaxi builds, operates or provides, including AI agents, integrations and dashboards. Clients are responsible for how their own users use those systems.

## You may not use our systems to {#prohibited}

- break the law or help others do so;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or ignore opt-out requests;
- deceive people, including by making an AI agent pretend to be a human when someone sincerely asks;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis, or scrape services against their terms;
- distribute malware or attack other systems;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example about credit, employment or housing) without meaningful human review;
- generate sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.

## Messaging platforms {#platforms}

When our systems run on third-party platforms such as messaging channels, the platform's own policies also apply and must be followed.

## Enforcement {#enforcement}

If we become aware of use that breaks this policy, we may suspend the affected system and will contact the client to resolve it.
