## Our mission {#mission}

Put AI to work where your business already runs: in customer conversations, in the data across your channels, and in the hand-offs between your systems.

## The name {#name}

Chudaxi (*choo-dah-shee*) combines two words: *chu*, to touch, and *daxi*, great delight. Every touchpoint between a business and its customers should be handled well enough to bring that delight.

## Timeline {#timeline}

- **May 2021:** Chudaxi is founded.
- **August 2022:** first cross-border brand project, connecting a consumer-electronics brand's social channels to a conversational marketing system.
- **December 2022:** ChatXi v1.201 released, with faster container scaling and database sync, and groundwork for new messaging channels.
- **2026:** Chudaxi becomes fully AI-native. The founder works on it full-time, the products are renamed Chudaxi Chat, Chudaxi Data and Chudaxi Connect, and the company runs its own operations on AI agents.

## How we work {#how-we-work}

Chudaxi is one founder working with a set of AI agents. Agents do research, drafting, software development and routine operations; the founder sets direction, reviews the work and talks to every client directly.

That means:

- you work with the person who designs and builds your system;
- we can move quickly without handing you over between teams;
- everything we recommend, we have used ourselves first.

## Founder {#founder}

**Kris Newey, Founder & CEO.** A product-minded technologist with 20 years of building platforms that turn technology into business value: cross-border e-commerce platforms, consumer brands built for global marketplaces, and AI-powered business messaging used by brands worldwide. He founded Chudaxi in 2021 and now leads it full-time as an AI-native company.
